Whether you’ve got 10 employees or 1,000 employees, Payroll Direct offers payroll processing options that will help you easily manage your payroll while also increasing efficiency and reducing the stress that often accompanies payroll.  We offer PC Input, Fax/Phone and AutoPay options for submitting your payroll.

Every Payroll Direct client is assigned a full-time dedicated account manager.  This means that you can talk to the same person each time you call, and you will never be placed into a queue.

You can have your checks and direct deposit vouchers printed on our secure pressure-sealed stock, or on standard check stock.  If you would like us to insert the checks and vouchers into envelopes for you, we’ll be glad to do it.

We can also debit your account directly for billing so that you don’t have to spend time managing invoices.
Direct Deposit

Offering your employees the option to have their paychecks deposited directly into their bank account is a great way to avoid the inconvenience of having to physically go to the bank and wait in line to deposit paychecks. With Direct Deposit, the money is available for use immediately and you don’t have to worry about your employees paying fees to cash their checks at various banks. Our Direct Deposit service allows for an unlimited number of direct deposits per employee and we also provide the option to validate the employee bank account information before initiating the direct deposit to the employee’s account.
