Every Payroll Direct client is assigned a full-time dedicated account manager. This means that you will have the direct contact information for your account manager, and can talk to that same person each time you call. You will never be placed into a queue, or have to wait on hold to speak to your account manager.
We offer a variety of options for you to pay your employees. If you’d like all of your employees that utilize direct deposit to receive their paystubs online, we have a secure online employee portal that they can use to view, print or save their paystubs, W-2’s and ACA forms. If you’d prefer to provide printed paystubs and checks to your employees, we can deliver secure pressure-sealed paystubs to your company location, or directly to the employees themselves.

Affordable Care Act
The ACA (Affordable Care Act) requires that applicable large employers report annually to the IRS the types and cost of medical insurance plans offered to their full time employees.
Payroll Direct has the expertise and the tools to take the pain out of ACA reporting. We will work with you to make sure all the necessary information is being recorded throughout the year.
At the end of the year, we will produce all of the 1095-C forms for your employees, as well as the 1094-C form for you. We will also electronically file all forms with the IRS on your behalf.
Time & Attendance
We offer a variety of methods for you to track your employee time & labor. Whether you choose to use a traditional wall-mounted time clock, a bio-metric fingerprint reader, an online web clock, our mobile app, or even a voice clock, we can take the pain out of managing employee time.
